About Jackie...

Jackie Harder, owner of the company Key Dynamics, has been in management all her working life. She spent 30 years in the media trenches as a newspaper editor and publisher, and now she melds her experience as president of the Key Largo ( Fla.) Chamber of Commerce with her coaching training to help individuals, groups and businesses succeed.

Her coaching columns, on business and personal issues, have appeared in The Miami Herald and Keys Sunday in the Florida Keys.

Jackie is a trained coach certified by the International Coach Federation, the international coach accrediting agency; a member of the International Association of Coaches; and Coachville. She has hundreds of hours of experience coaching real estate agents, business owners and managers, engineers, health care professionals, lawyers, entrepreneurs and inventors, to name a few.

She loves to help people learn and grow, and developed the journalism program at Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina.

She is also deeply involved in her community. Jackie serves as the founding president of the Key Largo Community Preservation Foundation; sits on two committees for Visit Florida, the statewide tourism authority; and lends her expertise to the workforce improvement board in South Florida.

Jackie particularly enjoys working with women who want more from their lives.
