I was intrigued by the concept of having a personal coach as opposed to going to a self-help seminar with a large group of people. My coaching sessions were tailored to me!

No preaching.....Jackie very cleverly got me to answer my own questions and set my own direction/goals, but then made sure I achieved them. The checks and balances were exactly what I needed to assure I stayed on track.

I have saved all my notes from my sessions. Because I can easily fall back into prior behavioral patterns without constant self-discipline, the notes are a great tool and clearly show me how I felt when certain things were accomplished and important milestones were achieved. Since I thrive on euphoria (like most people), I long for the successes experienced during those coaching sessions and have implemented many of the techniques into my daily life now.

I loved having a longer list under "What I have accomplished since the last call" and a nice short list under "What I didn't do, that I intended to do." Recognizing the "Opportunities before me" was the first step in pulling myself out of the “comfy rut.”
